We primarily offer customer pickup to help keep your rental experience simple and affordable. If delivery is a better option for your event, we're happy to accommodate whenever possible. Just let us know when booking, and we'll work with you to find the best solution.

Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel less than 72 hours before your event or if the balance is not paid on time.

It's FLORIDA, so we understand that weather can be unpredictable. If inclement weather affects your event, we will gladly work with you to reschedule your rental whenever possible, subject to availability.

Please note that refunds are not issued due to inclement weather. Refunds will only be considered in the event of a declared natural disaster that makes it impossible or unsafe to proceed with your event.

If severe weather is in the forecast, please contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss the best available options.

We thoroughly inspect and clean all rental items before every event. If you receive an item that appears damaged or is not working properly, please contact us immediately before using it so we can resolve the issue.

Refunds or credits will not be issued for items that have been used and then reported as damaged upon return. If rental equipment is returned damaged, missing, or in non-working condition due to misuse or neglect, your security deposit may be forfeited, and you may be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement.
